From the Airport - Take the Symonds Street off ramp when entering the city centre, turn right onto Symonds Street, then the first left onto Karangahape Road (or K'rd)go through two sets of lights and turn right into Pitt Street then right onto Vincent Street before the Shell Station. We are on the right hand side just below the YMCA .

The office is now open 24 hours, if you are arriving after hours there is a manager on duty at all times. Instructions will be left on the front and office door as to how to use the intercom to contact the manager.
"The person registering at Check In must be a minimum 18 years of age and at least one adult of 18 years or older staying in booked accommodation room(s)."
