CONDITIONS OF BOOKING - If the maximum number of people per room is exceeded the booking will not be guaranteed by the hotel until approval has been granted due to safety regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY - In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking within 48 hours prior to check-in, a cancellation fee of the cost of 1 night applies per room booked.
For Long Weekends and NSW School Holidays, a NO REFUNDS policy applies for cancelled bookings less than 7 days prior to arrival date.

FROM NORTH: Take Campbelltown Exit off the Hume Hwy. Follow Road until QUEEN ST. Turn RIGHT into it, 500m on left

Photo-ID Required at check-in. Minors <18yrs are not permitted to check-in.
KEY DEPOSIT - A credit card imprint OR $50 key deposit is also required on check in by all guests. This will be refunded on check out, less any additional charges that have been incurred.

All parking is distributed throughout our property, so that you can park your car practically right at your door, making it easier for all our guests.
If you bring 2 cars, extra parking is located behind our restaurant, still within our property.* We also offer coach and truck parking.*

We welcome children to Maclin. Our property is fully fenced, with only one entrance past the reception. Our gardens are fully landscaped and children love them. Children's meals available.
